• April 2024
  • 2024 Impact Themes Update: In 2Q24, we consolidated a few themes and added the promotion of wealth creation and preservation of affordable housing to the “Affordable Housing” them and added equal access to essential services to the to “Human Empowerment” theme. Read the 2024 update.
• May 2024
  • Story of Impact: Our 6^th story of impact was shared featuring social bonds to the City of Chicago to develop mixed-use housing that will ensure affordable housing for low- and moderate-income city residents and to develop catalytic social and commercial spaces in historically disadvantaged communities.

• June 2024
  • National CPR and AED Awareness Week: In recognition of CPR and AED Awareness Week and knowing that when someone goes into sudden cardiac arrest, every second counts, our corporate office hosted a CPR and AED training for employees. #CPRsaveslives
  • June is LGBTQIA+ Month: In honor of Pride month, on Wednesday, June 12, we hosted a lunch and learn viewing party of the Ted Talk by Jennifer Brown, “Finding Your Voice in the Workplace.”
  • Story of Impact: Our 7^th story of impact was shared featuring Crescent Manor, a 94-unit affordable rental property for seniors and people with disabilities in a high-poverty census tract in the heart of the San Francisco bay area.
